I will prepare an extensive, custom CMA referencing the market activity in your community over the last 30, 60, 90 days in both active and sold listings. 2. HOME PREPARATION & STAGING:
Showcasing your home in its best light is very important to the listing journey. My team of trusted Industry Professionals who are experts in their fields of photography, measurements and staging will ensure the spotlight shines brightly on your property. I also have a home staging guide I can provide that will help you in this process, and I will be there to advise room by room if you need help. I will declutter, clean spaces, do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with the final outcome.

4. OFFERS & NEGOTIATION:
Navigating Calgary's thriving real estate market can get stressful, many times resulting in multiple competing offers. I pride myself on being able to collect the offers, present them to you in a organized fashion, discuss which offer you would like to engage, and negotiate with your best interest at the forefront of the negotiations. The key to negotiating your offers is to be fair, know the property you are negotiating, remove any emotional attachment to it, and to treat the other side with respect and professionalism.

5. CONTRACT & PAPERWORK:
Real estate transactions require a great deal of paperwork, from representation agreements, fintrac forms, offers to purchase, waivers, disclosures, amendments, addendums, and in some cases power of attorney. The seriousness in which I deal with these documents of a highly sensitive nature is something I take very seriously. This gives you peace of mind that you know your closing process will go as smoothly as possible and wont fall apart on less than stellar paperwork by your realtor.
