We cannot recommend Len enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He went above and beyond for us through this journey. He was quick to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable about the market and current prices. Despite my wife and I having unpredictable schedules, Len did an excellent job making time to meet with us for showings and was always responsive to text and phone calls. He made this experience so positive for us, the whole way through from setting us up with a great home inspector, as well as our movers. He kept it professional while making us feel very comfortable in this process. We really can’t say enough great things. We will absolutely send anyone looking for a top notch realtor his way in the future.

Len was wonderful! I had very little idea of what I was getting myself into, he was available at the drop of a hat, very responsive, and helped me to understand what I was doing next each step of the way. I'm in love with my new to me home, which I would never have found without him. It is everything I wanted but didn't come up on my own personal searches, he even helped with finding me someone to do repairs and followed up after I started to move in to make sure we had all the information we needed. 5 stars is not enough Len deserves at least a 7 out of 5
